1. Availability and Time of Delivery
All articles within the shop are available! The shipping and handling costs depend on the country and the total value of the order. We guarantee delivery only on orders within EU that have been send with registered mail. If a registered parcel gets lost, we will replace the parcel.

More information about shipping and handling charges you find in your cart while processing your order. The estimated delivery times for are as follows:

Netherlands 2-5 Business days
Europe 5-10 Business days

1.1. Delivery Times
In case of Credit card payment or Debit. Orders given by creditcard or debit which are received before 12:00 CET are carried out the same day.

1.2. Time of Delivery in case of Prepayment / Bank transfer
If you order by manual deposit, the delivery will start as soon as your payment is received on our account. Dependent from Bank and State where you live this may take 1-10 working days. Please transfer the requested amount As soon as possible. If we have not received your payment within 14 businessdays your order will be deleted.

2. Way of Payment
– Credit Card: We accept Visa and Mastercard.

– Manual Bank Transfer: After ordering you will receive an invoice with the necessary information to transfer the order amount to our bank account. Please keep in mind your order will not ship until the payment is made in full.

– Cash (not guaranteed): We only accept Euros (EU). If you want to send cash, please consult us by email first and we´ll send you the address straight away. It is hightly recommended to send cash through registered or even insured letters to be sure that the letter arrives. Important: You must never send coins!

3. Legal issues
Please inform yourself about legal status within your country! The customer imports the products and commits himself to follow the legal terms of the country where he receives the goods. As a customer you have to make sure that the ordered products are allowed to be imported into the country you want to. The customers also commits to consider the customs duties of the delivery country. We indicate herewith that the import of special goods may be limited by law and the purchaser is responsible for the payment of existing and future taxes, charges, customs or handlings costs that my be caused by the authorities. We will not pay back any amount or re-deliver goods in case of impoundment.

4.Returns
Please note that all returns for damaged/faulty goods must be confirmed by K.C. Brains. Either by email, phone/fax or post. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach K.C. Brains.
The customer may return product 8 days after received (Registered by Track & Trace). The delivery costs for the return has to be taken by the customer. It is not possible to return products that are taken out of their seal. The customer commits to the final purchase of the product(s) if the seal of a product is removed or destroyed!

4.1 If you haven’t transferred any payment to us, your order will be deleted automatically from our order system, with no further action required on your part. All your order details will be automatically deleted from our files after a certain period.

4.2 If we already received your payment your order can only be cancelled if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please visit your order status page to see if it is still possible to cancel your order.
